Physical

Progressive

Foundations, form and applications build on one another through a structured training system.

Practical Method

Practical Method is a system of Chen Style Taijiquan in which foundations, form and application are trained according to the same physical principles.

Training uses specific movement rules, repetition, correction and partner testing to develop increasingly precise control of the body.

The system preserves the teachings transmitted from Grandmaster Chen Fake through Grandmaster Hong Junsheng to Master Chen Zhonghua.
